A result of speed modelling, a process intended to be a test for another project that involved both modelling and texturing. Model showed here is actually derived from Nurbs and textures used as displacement map.

Thermoplastic is sold by the tradenames Plexiglass, Prespex etc. It seemed like a perfect material for molding a chair from a single piece. A single plane is formed to a fully functional object.
