MOTH3R is a sustainable platform of Ivan Santic – multi-disciplinary designer, primary involved in production of 3D / Motion and Web projects. Within 8+ years of experience it has been a pleasure to work with forward-thinking companies and clients.
Education
I am HYPER ISLAND – Digital Media graduate (Crew12). HYPER ISLAND is one of the most prestigious design schools in Sweden, based on Learning by doing. My internship had taken place at Native, a London company specialized in product and user experience design. As I am coming from Zagreb, Croatia, I am also a member of ULUPUH (ICOGRADA member) and Design Center Croatia, two famous Croatian Design Associations. Alongside all that, I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in History - Studia Croatica.
Experience
I have it both – experience of working in Industry and being a Freelancer. I am creative, specialized to work with Motion, 3D & VFX, but I am also used to working with other various media ranging from Photography, Graphic Design and Web Design. I have also managed various personal and company projects. My works, medium and choice of tools are executing a simple philosophy of clean, functional and effective visual communication, a part of unique product / brand experience.
Approach
In a search between conscious and subconscious, force and matter, logic or inner gut feeling, I find a fine balance. I am systematical and I express myself on multiple levels, not just on the level of “cool”. As a case study of my creative process, you can feel my ideas via concepts, prototypes and user scenarios. I am familiar with Tech, its terms and terminology; production, post-production, VFX, Industrial or automotive design, user-friendly interfaces, dynamic layouts or information architecture. I am the most passionate about creations, independent of medium, time and fashion.
